Pita Pit - Botany The Hub

The project included a complete refurbishment of an existing Pita Pit tenancy to align with new brand guidelines. Our team of reliable tradesmen were engaged and turned the store around within the week, limiting disruption to the store as much as possible.

Oporto - Hunters Plaza

A vacant tenancy at Hunter's Plaza soon became the home of the latest Oporto New Zealand restaurant.
A complete fit out was carried out including builders works, plumbing, electrical, mechanical ventilation extraction, decorating and joinery.

Renovation - Mairangi Bay

Emerge Project Solutions was engaged to design and manage this extensive renovation. The original home was excavated and extended to make room for the addition of a double bedroom, master bedroom with ensuite, lounge, office, separate w/c and internal laundry.
